Homemade LED Art


I read about this easy way to make LED’s that can be thrown on to any surface, like a building, to create public art. Apparently they’re called “throwies”, and here’s a pic of the art in action:

I think we need to do this here in Kansas City! Thanks to Q-Branch on instructables.com for sharing a great howto on making these easy throwies.

this is really cool guerilla art–actually thought that kind of art would be a fun, anonymous blog unto itself. i have those neodymium magnets they use for this somewhere in a basement box…mailboxes and most of downtown is metal erf…metal sculptures?
